Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations for events, webinars, workshops, and training must be submitted via email to info@sistakyss.com

 Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and events. Please review our return and cancellation guidelines below:

Terms of Return:

  • Event and Training Materials (Books, Courses, etc.): Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in unused and unopened condition.
     
  • Digital Products (e.g., Webinars, Online Workshops): Once accessed, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or an error was made in the purchase.
     

Reasons for Return:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement or refund.
     
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.
     
  • Other Returns: If you change your mind about attending an event or workshop, the refund policy for cancellations will apply.
     

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact customer service at info@sistakyss.com or (331) 251-0466 with your order details and reason for the return.
     
  2. For physical products, we will provide instructions for returning the item. For digital products or event cancellations, our team will guide you through the next steps.
     

Process for Refund:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 17 business days from receipt of the return request.
     
  • Event or product refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
     
  • Shipping fees for returned physical products are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
     



Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for events, webinars, workshops, and training must be submitted via email to info@sistakyss.com.

Webinars:

  • 7+ days before the event: Full refund
     
  • 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
     
  • Less than 3 days before the event: No refund
     

Training Workshops:

  • 14+ days before the event: Full refund
     
  • 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
     
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund
     

Safety and Speaking Events:

  • 30+ days before the event: Full refund
     
  • 14-30 days before the event: 50% refund
     
  • Less than 14 days before the event: No refund
     

Special Circumstances:

  • If you need to cancel due to illness, emergencies, or other unexpected events, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer the option to reschedule or provide alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
     

No-Show Policy:

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows without prior notification.
     

Event Rescheduling:

  • If an event is rescheduled by the organizer, a full refund will be offered if the new date is not suitable for you.
     

Transfers:

  • To transfer your registration to another person, please contact us at least 72 hours before the event to complete the transfer process.
     

Event Cancellation by Organizer:

  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund for your registration.
