The KYSS Code: EmpowerYouth Leadership Academy is an 8-week program designed to equip youth aged 10 to 18 with essential skills to navigate challenges such as violence, human trafficking, online predators, and peer pressures. Participants will engage in interactive workshops covering topics like emotional intelligence, situational awareness, assertive communication, and leadership development. Additionally, the program includes practical sessions on creating personal safety plans, developing safety vision strategies, job acquisition techniques, youth entrepreneurship, understanding the value of money versus time, interview preparation, and basic self-protection to build KYSS confidence. The comprehensive curriculum ensures that participants are well-prepared to face various challenges with confidence and resilience.
