Sista CPR, AED & First Aid Skills Courses

The Sista NForce First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Course provides  American Heart Association Heartsaver training for identifying and responding to various first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies.  This course is for students who have completed the Adult First Aid/CPR/AED online course but are not working in the medical field. The training covers emergency procedures for adults, children, and infants.

This course is offered in a blended learning format, where students complete the online portion at their own pace before attending the instructor-led skills session. The online course is accessible on mobile, desktop, or tablet devices. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a valid two-year digital certificate in First Aid, CPR/AED, or a combination of both, accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA).

This course is ideal for individuals, parents, or anyone seeking to gain life-saving skills but not working in the healthcare field. Whether for personal, work, or regulatory requirements, this training prepares you to respond confidently in emergency situations.

Course Steps

Step 1: After registration, you will receive an email with a direct link to the American Heart Association online portion of the course. If you do not receive the registration email within 48  hours, please contact us.

Step 2: Complete the online portion of the course at your own pace. The online training can be accessed on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device.

Step 3: Attend the in-person hands-on skills session to practice and refine your skills with a Sista instructor.

Computer Requirements for Online Training

To ensure a smooth learning experience, please ensure your system meets the following requirements:

Processor: Dual-core processor with a speed of 2.3 GHz or higher

Tablet: iPad iOS 7+, Android 4.0.3+, or newer (Google Chrome or Safari)

Bandwidth: Minimum 2.0 Mbps dedicated internet speed, broadband recommended

Audio: Soundcard and speakers or headphones for multimedia audio

Please note that smartphone devices are not supported for the online portion of the course.
